Gastroenterology Locum Tenens Opportunity – Skyline, MN

Opportunity Highlights

A healthcare facility near Skyline, MN, is seeking a Board-Certified Gastroenterologist for a 12-month locum tenens assignment.

This opportunity offers flexible scheduling and the ability to work within a well-supported hospital system.
Schedule Options

• 24/7 on-call week (Friday 5 PM - Friday 5 PM) – preferred every 5th week, but flexible

• 1-week/month of endoscopy procedures (M-F, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM)

Work Details
• Support Staff: 4 MDs, 5 APPs
• Coverage Needed: Full-time (1 week per month of call or endoscopy suite, M-F)
• Patient Load: 10-14 per day
• Patient Population: Adult & Geriatric
• EMR System: Epic
• Special Procedures: EGD, Colonoscopy, Endoscopy

Setting
• Hospital-based practice
• Travel & lodging expenses covered

Requirements
• Board Certification: Board-Certified Gastroenterologist
• License: MN license preferred (client willing to license)
• DEA: Required
• Certifications: ACLS & BLS
• Experience: 0-1 year (new grads welcome)

• Credentialing
Timeframe: 60-90 days
