Contract Length: 12 months
Shift Details: scheduled and on call
(1) Schedule: 24/7 on-call week Friday 5P-Friday 5P prefer every 5th week, but can be flexible and work around provider’s schedule] --OR--(2) 1-week/month of endoscopy procedures M-F 7:30A-4:30p

• Patients per day: 10-14
• Patient Population/Age: Adult and Geriatric
• EMR: Epic
• Special Procedures: EGD, Colonoscopy, Endoscopy

• Ongoing for 1 year
• On Call Optional
• EGD, Colonoscopy, Endoscopy
