Gastroenterology Locums Opportunity – OH
Start Date: March 2026
Contract Type: Ongoing, scheduled blocks
Coverage Blocks:
• March 22 (4:00 PM) – March 30 (7:00 AM)
• April 20 (7:00 AM) – April 27 (7:00 AM)
• May 3 (4:00 PM) – May 11 (7:00 AM)
• June 15 (7:00 AM) – June 22 (7:00 AM)
• July 26 (4:00 PM) – August 3 (7:00 AM)

Schedule:
• Day shift: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
• Night beeper call: Monday–Friday
• 24-hour beeper call: Weekends
• Full-time coverage needed; physicians able to work 7+ consecutive days per month will be considered

Work Details:
• Hospital-based GI coverage at a Level I Trauma Center
• Adult patient population
• Advanced procedural focus including ERCP and EUS (required)
• Broad scope of diagnostic and therapeutic GI procedures
• EMR: Epic
• Hospital size: 434 beds

Requirements:
• Board Certified or truly Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
• ERCP required (150 performed within the past 2 years)
• EUS required
• Active or pending Ohio license (IMLC preferred)
• ACLS required; Moderate Sedation competency required
• DEA required
• Minimum of 1 year experience
