Level 1 trauma
Practice Type: Hospital, Outpatient Clinic & Free standing GI Center
Approx 10 cases per day
5 other physicians onsite
3 mid-levels
Ancillary Staff: this work will be procedural so it is an OR team, and CRNA at the ASC
Required Procedures: upper GI endoscopy with biopsy, Esophageal dilatation/manometry, manometry interpretation, small bowel biopsy, lower GI endoscopy, sigmoidoscopy, colonoscopy (w/ biopsy and w/ excision of poly), EUS
Preferred Procedures: Upper GI endoscopy (foreign body removal, cautery vs laser, injections with varices, banding of varices, ERCP, liver biopsy, insertion/management of Sengstaken/Blakemore tube
*Advanced endoscopy
Preferred not to license, but will - with SC license privis will take aprox 90 days, w/o will take aprox 120 days

***REQUIRED to be onsite for shifts, working approximately 9 hours daily***
