December 22nd (7am) - January 4th (7am)
· Support staff: Endoscopy Staff of Nurse and Tech
· Amount of coverage needed per month: Full-Time Coverage
· Patients per day: TBD
· Patient population/age: Adult
· Department description: Gastroenterology
· EMR: EPIC
· Hospital bed size: 348
· Special procedures: Preferably advanced skills in Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS) & Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP)
· Skills required: All GI and Hepatology including ERCPs (is a MUST). Tertiary hospitals accepting transfers from community hospitals
Practice Setting:

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes, Gastroenterology
· License required: Will take IMLC candidates, candidate must already have their IMLC in place
· DEA: Yes
· CSR: Yes
· Certifications required: BLS
· Minimum experience required: 2 years’ experience
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days; If provider has a clean background and TN license in hand provider can be granted emergency privileges

• 13 week with possibility of extending
• On call required
• All GI and Hepatology including ERCPs (is a MUST).
