GI Hospitalist - 2 weeks/month

Job description

Shift Details: 7:30am – 5:30 pm
Schedule: 7on-7off
Work Details:
• Support staff: APP’s during daytime hours Mon – Fri. Weekends we have a 3-team member approach to cover inpatient consults
• Patients per day: 20-25 ppd
• Patient population/age: 18 up
• Department description: Inpatient hospitalist and endoscopy department
• EMR: Cerner
• Hospital bed size: 1,138-bed regional referral center made up of seven hospitals: covering hospital and clinic at two sites within 10 minutes of each other
• Special procedures: General GI Procedures. Colonoscopies and EDG’s

• 7 on 7 off schedule
• 10 Hours onsite, night call
• APP support
