Location: Portland, OR

Start: December

13-week assignment with the option to extend

4, Day (10 Hours) 7:00 - 16:00

Looking for full time coverage, providers would be scheduled 7 on/7off.

Work Details:
· Patients per shift: 20
· Providers Requested: 2
· Trauma Level: 2
· EMR: Epic
· Skills required: pediatric surgeries

Practice Setting:
• Inpatient

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Active WA License or compact for NP

Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days
