General Surgery NP / PA Coverage Needed in Denver, CO

This facility is seeking a General Surgery Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.


4 x10's weekly, open Mon-Sun, pre & post op no OR coverage. 1099 position.

Credentialing finalization takes about 60 days. Must be Board Certified and have an active Colorado license.

• Setting: Hospital
• Types of Cases: Pre/Post Op rounding on General Surgery patients. Assisting with inpatient orders and consults from other services, discharges of patients, fielding calls from nursing. There will always be an attending Physician onsite. Provider will not be doing any cases in the Operating Room. Gen Surg exp req.
• PPD/Census: Estimated 10-20 patients per day
