3/1-3/3 NIGHT APP
3/10-3/12 NIGHT APP
3/18-3/22 NIGHT APP
3/28-3/29 NIGHT APP
630 pm for shift change to 7am.

Trauma Level: Level II
Practice Setting:
Inpatient

Credentialing Timeframe: ASAP
Active FL License Required
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
