Locums – General Surgery (Breast) – Physician Assistant – Washington

Schedule

Start Date: March 2, 2026 (pending credentialing completion)

End Date: September 30, 2026 (with possible extension)

Schedule: 4 days per week

Shift Length: 10-hour day shifts

Day Off: Varies based on OR schedule

Call: None

Weekends: None

Practice Setting

Setting: Inpatient surgical services

Collaborative surgical team environment

Clinical Responsibilities

First assist and perioperative support for Breast Surgery cases

Inpatient rounding and post-operative patient care

Coordination with surgeons, nursing staff, and care teams

Support & Resources

Established surgical and clinical support staff

EMR: Epic

Requirements

Board Certified Physician Assistant

Active Washington license

BLS certification

Prior breast surgery experience preferred but not required

Credentialing

Estimated credentialing timeframe: 30–90 days

Start date dependent on file completion

Providers must be highly responsive with credentialing documentation
