"A thriving, nonprofit healthcare facility is seeking to hire a neurosurgical NP/PA to join their team in the stunning city of Anchorage, AK. Collaborate with 2 neurosurgeons and 1 PA and enjoy a light patient load with dedicated OR time. Position Details• Monday-Friday schedule with 1 dedicated OR day.• Mix of inpatient and outpatient settings - 8-12 patients per day in clinic.• Diverse surgical case mix – rotate into surgery as first assist and split trauma response with other APPs.• Support staff include 2 MAs and 2 RNs.• Enjoy a competitive base salary above MGMA median, $25,000 recruitment bonus, generous amount of PTO, retirement savings plan, and full health benefits.• Student loan reimbursement available.• Experience highly preferred.
