Caseload: 1-4 patients/daily

Procedure requirements: Upper and Lower Endos
Credentialing: 30 days

License: AZ or IMLC
Boards: Certified or Eligible (2 yrs out of Residency) in General Surgery
Certs: BLS; ACLS; DEA
Degree: MD/DO
