General Surgeon needed in Arizona for ongoing PRN coverage

Job description

Aya Locums is working with a hospital in Arizona that is in need of a General Surgeon that does upper & lower scopes for ongoing PRN coverage. 24 hour beeper call with roughly 4-6 hours of call back daily.
Dates needed:
May 24 @ 7am - May 27 @ 7am
Aug 23 @ 7am - Aug 26 @ 7am
Sept 27 @ 7am - Sept 30 @ 7am
Dec 24 @ 7am - Dec 26 @ 7am

Average of 1-4 patients per day. Will accept BC or BE in General Surgery! Case logs for Upper & Lower Scopes are required.
