Schedule:
0700 01/16-0700 01/19 and a clinic on 1/16
0700 02/12-0700 02/16 and a clinic on 2/13
0700 03/27-0700 03/30 and a clinic on 3/27


24 hour call and clinic 1/2 days
Support Staff: APP first assisting not available, scrub techs available in OR for case completion

Patients per day: Average surgical cases are 2 per day, minimal PM coverage needs (especially after 10PM. Average of 6 new consults/day

Patient Population/Age: adult

Department Description: hospital, 24 hour beeper coverage

EMR: Cerner

Special Procedures: Manage pelvic and acetabular fractures and pediatrics

Practice Setting: Hospital and clinic

Requirements:

Board Certification: BC or BE in Orthopedic Surgery

License Required: AZ license will look at IMLC LOQ

DEA: yes

CSR: no

Certifications Required: BLS

Minimum Experience Required: 1 year

Credentialing: 21 days
