Northern Illinois  - General Surgery
Employed setting (group practice) with one other busy General Surgeon
Practice is replacing a departing Surgeon
Call would be 1 in 2
Ideal candidate would be proficient in General surgical procedures, vascular surgical procedures and weight loss surgery-both banding and sleeve gastrectomy. Possibly robotic surgery.
There are currently 4 General Surgeons in the community. Three others in community are employed by competing hospital.
Office Space adjacent in MOB to hospital campus built in 2002. Large enough for three providers (2 physicians and 1 PA).
ORs are available on demand. 6 Operating Rooms, one Anesthesiologist oversees 6 CRNAs.
