"his thriving physician owned practice located in the gorgeous Central Lakes region of Minnesota is seeking a general surgeon to join their busy practice at a level 3 trauma center Practice Details:• Join a large multi-specialty group of 33 that employs 3 general surgeons • Enjoy a fulfilling mix of bread & butter general surgery and endoscopy +/- robotics• 25 Bed Critical Access Hospital • 180 clinical days annually - which means up to 80+ days off per year; The most flexible full time schedule you will see!• Dedicated LPN or MA + AI Scribe• EPIC EMRCompensation & Benefits:• Up to $500K in salary and call compensation + WRVU bonus + $100K sign-on bonus and $68K in your 401K every year • Healthcare Premiums are fully paid by practice, Generous CME stipend & Malpractice Coverage• $25K toward the down payment on home + paid relocationAbout Central Minnesota:• Located about a two-hour drive north of Minneapolis and one hour from St. Cloud, the area boasts hundreds of crystal-clear lakes, over a hundred miles of rivers and streams, inviting hiking trails, and lush forests.
