Estimated Shifts/Month 5
One week per month coverage needed. As soon as credentialed start, preferably asap.
Schedule/Shift Times 8a-5p
Looking for day coverage for office and OR, without call.
Looking at 8 hour worked days- we are flexible on our end and will make any coverage option work to continue services here.
16 patients per day in the office
5-10 cases in OR (bread and butter GS with Endo)
Will Candidate Work Solo? Yes
EMR / Charting: Thrive
No call needed at this time.
No APP mid-level coverage available
Trauma Level: IV
1 Inpt per day
1 Admission per day
2 Consults
16 OP
10 Cases
5 Evals
Very small and rural hospital
Any calls that come through overnight are transferred to Hamot.
Scope Requirements –upper or lower scopes both required. Bread and butter gen surgery with lower acuity.
Critical access hospital as of Jan of 2025
14 IP beds
Adult Percentage 99.00%
Peds Percentage 1.00%
Typical Cases Seen Mostly same day surgery
Procedures: Appendix, Gallbladder, Hernia, Endoscopy

Required:
PA state license; active, unrestricted (IMLC will be considered as long as LOQ is in hand at time of presentation)
Board Certified / Board Eligible
PA State DEA
ACLS

Travel and Compensation:
Lodging: Airfare, Lodging; Rental Car
Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing and transportation needs, etc.)
Malpractice insurance provided
