SPECIALTY: GENERAL SURGERY * *
LOCATION: VIRGINIA * *
JOB TYPE: LOCUMS **
JOB NUMBER: 47846 * *

DESCRIPTION:
• 100% Hotel Call.
• Less than 60 min per patient.
• General time on site would generally not exceed 4-6 hours.
• Inpatient, ER, Women’s Health or ED consults.
• Emergency surgery assistance.

REQUIRED:
• VA state license; active, unrestricted.
• Board Certified – General Surgery. Welcomes Board Eligible candidates (must have graduated training).
• DEA, BLS, ACLS.

COMPENSATION:
• Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
• Malpractice insurance provided.

SCHEDULE:
• 24-hr. Hotel call coverage (7a-7a).
