DESCRIPTION:

** First to Fill **
• Multiple coverage dates: across three locations. (Multi-site credentialing):
• South of Seattle in the Puget Sound Region, including Lakewood WA, Burien WA, Enumclaw WA, and Federal Way WA.
• Description of sites will be communicated to all interested candidates.
• 24-hr call shifts. Rate includes 4 hours gratis. (Negotiable with cap)
• Seeking a collaborative professional with excellent interpersonal skills and a dedication to patient care.
• Required Procedures: Abdominal, Stomach, Gallbladder, Appendix, Hernia, Colon, Laparoscopy, Spleen of determining diagnostics and foreign body removal.
• Not Required Procedures: Pediatric, Thyroid, Pulmonary, C-Section.
• Preferred Procedures: Endoscopy, liver
• EMR: EPIC
• Inpatient
• Preference: Local candidates that only need lodging.
• Locums: Will not be responsible for supervising other providers.

REQUIRED:
• WA state license; active, unrestricted. (Will review IMLC at this time).
• Board Certified – General Surgery/Board Eligible (within 3-5 years of accredited residency)
• BLS, WA - DEA

COMPENSATION:
• Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
• Malpractice insurance provided.
