General Surgery Locum Opportunity in Washington State (IMLC Accepted)

Job description

We’re seeking a Board-Certified General or Breast Surgeon for a rewarding locum position at a Trauma Level 4 facility in Washington State.

Details:
• Start Date: May 1, 2025
• End Date: September 1, 2025 (long-term, 4-month contract)
• Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
• Schedule:
o Weekend call coverage
o Sporadic Mondays in the endo suite for colonoscopies
• Workload:
o Patients per shift: 5–10
o Adult population only
• Skills Required: General surgery, trauma, appendectomy, cholecystectomy, breast surgery, Chest tube insertion, Endo procedures
• Practice Setting: Inpatient
• EMR System: Epic

Requirements:
• Board Certification required.
• Active WA License or IMLC eligibility.
• Fellowship preferred.
