Job Description: We are looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner to fill a locum tenens position. The ideal candidate will provide a range of healthcare services, including STD treatment, prenatal care, child health, and women's health. This role is crucial in ensuring our patients receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive healthcare services to patients, including STD treatment, prenatal care, child health, and women's health.
Conduct patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
Collaborate with the OBGYN department and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.

Required certifications:
DEA, BLS, and registration with Manage Care/Medicare for insurance billing

State licensure:
Must be licensed in NC or willing to apply

Previous experience:
1 year preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Start Date:
ASAP

Duration:
13 weeks with the opportunity to extend

Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

Pay Rate:
Up to $70/hr (DOE)

Patient Volume:
8-10 patients per day

Support Staff:
OBGYN department

Interview Process:
Phone/Video call with the Site Director
Expected time from submission to offer: 3-4 weeks
Orientation: 4 days
