Hospitalist NP/PA – Night Shift – Locum Tenens – Rochester, NH

Job description

A community hospital in Rochester, NH is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for Hospital Medicine coverage on a locum tenens basis.

Coverage needed: Night shift (6pm–6am), approximately 8–10 shifts per month. Volume: 0–3 medical admissions per night, 0–3 rehab and psychiatric consults per night. Open ICU with 5 beds; no procedures required (Emergency Medicine physicians assist with procedures; tele-ICU manages drips and ventilators). Supervising physician available by phone for case discussions.

Requirements: New Hampshire state license required. Hospital medicine or hospitalist experience preferred. Rate cap: $100/hr.

• 8–10 night shifts/month (6pm–6am) – 0–3 admissions per night
