Join an established hospitalist team as a full-time Nurse Practitioner in a beautiful, four-season region known for its scenic lakes, outdoor activities, and rich history. This is a direct hire, day-shift position offering an excellent work-life balance with flexible, rotating 12-hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care as part of a collaborative hospitalist team
Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care with physicians
Manage acute and chronic medical conditions in a hospital setting
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and industry regulations

Qualifications:
Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
Active New York State Nurse Practitioner License
Experience in Hospital Medicine preferred

Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary: $115,000–$135,000
