Hospitalist APP Needed in IL

Location: Chicago

Start Date: ASAP (as soon as credentialed) 3/17/2025


End Date: June 6th, 2025 with potential to extend

Credentialing Timeframe: 30-45 days; Temporary privileges are available must be organized and prompt with returning paperwork.

Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 4 10’s, 6a – 3p

Work Details:
· Support staff: 3 physicians, residents, nurses, etc. They will be the sole AP provider.
· Patients per shift: 5-10
· Reason for need: Provider going on leave
· Patient population/age: All adult patients
· Providers Requested: 1
· EMR: Epic
· Skills required: critical care/hospitalist experience, preferably in ENT and head/neck cancer; general procedures are required; intubation, vent management, A/C lines
· Work expectations: rounding on patients on the ENT floor, collaborate with residents and physicians on care plan, care team model,

Practice Setting:
• Inpatient

Requirements:
· Board ard Certification: Yes
· License required: Active IL license and DEA
