Hiring - Permanent Role - Hospitalist - OB - Palm Springs, CA

Job description

Provide 24-hour in-house OB/GYN hospitalist coverage, including delivery attendance, OB triage, patient evaluation and management, surgical assists, fetal monitoring, and ER support.

Work alongside a second OB hospitalist at all times with access to maternal-fetal medicine and neonatology support for high-risk obstetric care.

Teach and supervise fellows, residents, and medical students while supporting a service that averages approximately 60 deliveries per month and includes a Level III NICU.

Requirements
Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in OB/GYN
CA license (or willing to obtain)
OB Hospitalist work experience

• OB/GYN Hospitalist role providing 24-hour in-house coverage including delivery attendance, OB triage, patient evaluation and management, surgical assists, fetal monitoring, and ER coverage
• Works alongside a second in-house hospitalist with access to MFM and neonatology support
