- Weekend & vacation coverage only
- Locations in Dover & Milford
- Temp to perm potential
- Census is 20-35 patients at each facility, only visit one rehab per day
- Primary Care coverage in rehab facility- no admits/discharges- care management only (diabetes, hypertension, etc.)
- No call after shift is over
- Requirements: Board Certification in Internal Medicine, Active DE license, DEA, & CSR
- $125/hour
