Metro St. Petersburg, Florida - Hospitalist

Hospital is assisting in the recruitment of a BC Hospitalist to join a private group in St. Petersburg, Florida. Group is seeking their first hospitalist. To date, group has been doing their own inpatient care and/or utilizing hospital's contracted hospitalist group. Incoming physician will assist in the transition of turning over group's daytime inpatient care to a hospitalist that is exclusive to Group and it's patients.

Group has been providing care in the community for 16 years.

This strong working team of 4 FPs and 1 IM need to expand coverage of inpatient referrals.

Anticipated schedule: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm and one weekend per month with ARNP to assist. The rest of the group members will rotate coverage for inpatient care after hours and other weekends. This will provide the 24/7 inpatient coverage that is needed.

This is a well-established, highly-successful single specialty group with multiple offices responsible for hundreds of covered lives.
