Job Summary:
Insight Hospital is seeking a dedicated and experienced Hospitalist to join our team. As a Hospitalist, you will provide comprehensive medical care to hospitalized patients, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of patient care. The ideal candidate will have a passion for inpatient medicine, a collaborative approach to patient care, and a commitment to the values of excellence, compassion, and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the care of hospitalized patients, including diagnosing, treating, and monitoring a wide variety of medical conditions.
Coordinate care with specialists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.
Conduct daily rounds, assessing patient progress and updating care plans.
Document patient histories, physical exams, and treatment plans accurately in the electronic health record (EHR).
Provide clear and compassionate communication to patients and their families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and prognosis.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices.
Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, safety standards, and ethical guidelines.
Respond to emergency situations, including code blue and rapid response calls.
Participate in on-call duties as required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Educate and mentor residents, medical students, and nursing staff as part of a learning environment.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical advancements, treatment protocols, and industry standards.
Qualifications:
MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
Active, unrestricted medical license to practice in [state].
Minimum of [3] years of experience as a Hospitalist or in a similar inpatient care role.
Excellent clinical judgment and strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in teaching or supervising residents and medical students.
Advanced certification or fellowship in a sub-specialty of Internal Medicine.
Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, preferably
