The hospitalist will provide comprehensive inpatient medical care across day, night, and swing shifts at this 263-bed Baptist Health facility. Essential responsibilities include managing adult patients requiring hospitalization with expertise in open ICU and ventilator management. The clinician will work collaboratively with nursing staff and anesthesia support while maintaining accurate documentation through EPIC EMR system. Call coverage is required during shift hours only, and the position involves rotating rounding responsibilities with other physicians based on coverage needs.
