Locum Tenens Hospitalist need - Southern Kentucky **CALL TODAY**

Job description

A Hospital in Southern Kentucky is in need of Hospitalists.

*Board Certified IM or FP
*January 22-28; February 5-11; February 19-25; February 26-28: Ongoing
*Swing Shift 10a-10p
*2 Hospitalist on and a Midlevel on day shift
*1 Hospitalist on swing
*1 Nocturnist during the night
*35-37 patients per day split between the 2 physicians and a PA
*During shift on call for Admissions, the Midlevel handles the admission, does orders, does HMP
*On call during shift 4 days one week, and 3 days they next 7 day stent
*Admission calls per day 5-7
*No Procedures
*Must be comfortable with Vent Management because of open ICU, they do have *Pulmonary coverage sporadically
*Open ICU
*Admits to CCU and PCU - with support from surrounding specialties (Intensivist/Pulmonology, Interventional and General Cardiology, Neurology, Gastroenterology, Orthopedics, Hematology/Oncology, Radiology
*273 Bed Hospital
*EMR is EPIC, they must have experience with Epic (if we have a super strong candidate case by case)
