Minnesota - Hospitalist

PRACTICE SPECIFICS

Hospitalist (primarily day shift) with Flexibility
Primarily day shift with 1:8 week rotation to night shift
Pay incentive for extra shift(s)
Opportunity for shortened shifts (rotating and dependent on patient volume)
Opportunity for extended shifts with pay incentive
Full-time equivalent = 24 weeks/year
Benefits to include vacation time
All a part of an existing Hospitalist Program
Schedule - 7 on 7 off
Hospitalists will cover Med/Surg & ICU to include ventilator management
Total number of physicians in specialty currently in department at practice site: 7
Fully staffed with 9 hospitalists
Average inpatient practice volume per day: 12-13 encounters per Sign up or sign in for contact information daily census on unit: 50-60
Hospitalist runs codes
No procedures required (general surgery performs central lines)

REQUIREMENTS

BC/BE Internal Medicine or Hospitalist Residency, or Family Medicine with Hospitalist experience
Current ACLS Required
