🩺 ARKANSAS LICENSURE REQUIRED

💼 Contract Type: 1099 Telemedicine
📍 Location: Remote (Nationwide Coverage)
⏱️ Start Date: ASAP
🏥 Supported Programs: Urgent Care + Medical Weight Loss (required); optional TRT/HRT

📋 Contract Overview/Requirements:
*Active Board Certification
*Must be PECOS enrolled. Clinicians on the Medicare Opt-Out list cannot be onboarded.
*Licensure Requirements: Active Arkansas licensure (plus additional state licensure)
*Providers with 8+ active state licenses are automatically eligible
*Providers with fewer than 8 licenses may qualify through a points-based review (based on experience, availability, and licensure mix.)
*Service Lines: Urgent Care and Medical Weight Loss (required); TRT/HRT is optional
-Must be comfortable prescribing GLP-1 medications, both brand name and compounded
*Availability: Must be available for a minimum 20 of hours of synchronous work per week
*Scheduling: Providers submit monthly availability for live visits; asynchronous chart reviews may be completed flexibly, including overnight

🧭 Training & Onboarding
-Total Credentialing/Onboarding Time: ~5.5 days
-Training Duration: 2 days (4 hours each)

💻 Visit Structure
-Synchronous Visits: Patients book directly to your calendar; charts available for review in advance. ~15-20 minutes per visit.
-Asynchronous Visits: Claimed dynamically based on licensure/training; include patient intake and visit history
