Job description

Schedule: One week of call Monday and One week in clinic 8-5 M-f
Work Details:
· Patients per day: Hospital- average of 20 Clinic week average of 18
· EMR: EPIC
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Must be board eligible
· License Required: yes
· DEA: yes
· Minimum Experience Required:
Credentialing Timeframe: 120 Days if not credentialed in Wellspan already

• August start
• PA license required
• Full time + On Call
