What Your Practice Would Look Like• Balanced scope: equal focus on Hematology and Oncology• Manageable daily census • Flexible scheduling options: 3.5, 4, or 5-day work week• Most physicians wrap up clinic by early afternoon• No weekday call responsibilities• Light weekend call rotation (1:4) with minimal inpatient coverage• On-site advanced imaging including PET/CT and ultrasound• 18 infusion chairs in a modern treatment suiteCompensation & Long-Term Growth• Strong Competitive guaranteed base salary• Productivity bonuses paid quarterly based on wRVUs• Comprehensive benefits package including full health coverage and retirement planning• Partnership opportunity after two years — no capital investment requiredCandidate Profile• MD or DO• Board certified in Hematology and Medical Oncology• Eligible for or currently holding Florida medical licensureWhy Coastal Florida?• This coastal community blends relaxed waterfront living with cultural energy and year-round sunshine.
