Position Overview

• Contract Length: 16 weeks (approximately 3–6 months)
• Practice Setting: Outpatient clinic only
• Clinical Focus:
o Adult genetics care
o Cancer and high risk cancer evaluation
o Pre and post test genetic counseling
o Tumor based genetic screening programs
o High risk patient management
o Support for prevention and precision oncology initiatives
• Procedures: None
• Coverage Notes:
o Provider will be the sole genetics provider during this assignment

Schedule and Coverage
• Schedule: 3 clinic days per week
• Shift Length: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (lunch included)
• Coverage Volume: 3 shifts per week
• Patient Volume: 8–10 patients per day
• Appointment Length:
o New patients: ~60 minutes
o Follow ups: ~30 minutes

• Board Certification: Required or truly Board Eligible (within 3–5 years of residency)
• Licensure: Active Oregon license required
• DEA: Active Oregon DEA required
