Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: Ongoing
Schedule: Scheduled Shifts (No Call)
Practice Setting: Out-Patient Clinic
Assignment Details: Patients per day: 8 – 10; Patient population/age: Adult
Skills required: Cancer and high risk for cancer focused; Pre and post test genetic counseling; Tumor based genetic screening programs; High risk patient management; Support for prevention and precision oncology initiatives Patient population is adults only. No procedures There will be no other Genetic Counselors covering at this time
License: Active OR License Required *Willing to License*
Requirements: Must be Board Certified, DEA Required, BLS Required
Travel: Airfare, lodging, and car rental will be covered
