Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00, Admin day on Tuesdays

Minimum Availability (3-4 weeks per month) 4 days a week or 3 days a week for 4 weeks a month. Full panel of patients that need to be followed.

• At least 3 weeks/month
• Will cover new Washington license and assist in the licensing process
