Oncologist needed in West Virginia

Start Date: 4/21/25
Contract Length: 1 year
Shift Details: M-F clinic, 8-4:30 call in hospital every 3rd week
Schedule: M-F (weekends) with inpatient call 1 in 3
Work Details:
• Support staff: Nurses/CMA/APP
• Amount of coverage needed per month: Full-time coverage
• Patients per day: 15
• Patient population/age: 18 and up
• Department description: Cancer Center
• EMR: Cerner
• Hospital bed size:
• Special procedures: bone marrow bx and other oncology cases
• Skills required:
Practice Setting:
• Hospital
Requirements:
• Board Certification: required
• State license required: required
• DEA: required
• Certifications preferred:
• Certifications required: Oncology Fellowship, BLS, ACLS
• Minimum experience required: 3-5 years
Credentialing Timeframe: 45-60
Willing To License?: YES (temp license available with a clean background and no large gaps in their)

• Ongoing for 12 months
• Will license
• Bone marrow biopsies is required
