· Department description: Trauma Level 2 Facility

· Skills required: Management of dialysis patients, Hemo, CRRT, Peritoneal
Practice Setting:
• Inpatient
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Active MT License
· Fellowship: Preferred
Credentialing Timeframe: 5-10 Days, Temp Privs will be available, but highly responsive provider with clean file will be needed for this to go through on time

• 13 week with possibility of extending
• 24 hour on call coverage
