Locum Physician - Traumatic Brain Injury/ General Medicine, Oregon

Are you looking for locum PRN shifts in Central Colorado?

Job details:
-Start: As soon as credentialing is complete
-Able to work weekends, if desired/needed..
-Two (2) options for coverage: Travel and perform exams at VES leased facility and/or schedule Veterans within your own practice
-Option to work ½ days(4-hours) and/or full days(8-hours)
-One-Time non-treatment C&P exams + separation health assessments
-Exams are primarily interview-based with some physical assessment: range of motion testing, muscle strength testing, evaluating traumatic brain injury. Exams will be a mix of General Medicine and Traumatic Brain Injury.
-No prescribing, no treatment
-DMA certification available (can get CME credits) – will need to obtain once privileged if not already certified
-Use of Goniometer required
-Proficient in METs testing, evaluating and diagnosing respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological conditions.
-Own personal laptop (NO MACs)

Job Requirements:
-Board Certification: Neurology, Neurosurgery, PM&R
-CO license preferred
-Own Laptop
-Willing to be DMA trained
-Local candidates only (within 50 miles of facility) travel included in rates

What Greenstaff Medical US has to offer:
-Half-day Rate: $660/W2 and $740/1099 flat rate for 4 hour shifts or less (includes times to complete exams, submit report, including any addendums, no OT)
-Daily Rate: $1320/W2 and $1480/1099 flat rate for 5 hour shifts or longer (includes times to complete exams, submit report, including any addendums, no OT)
-Bonus: One time bonus of $650 for completing all required training and performing first exams
-Licensure reimbursement
Certification reimbursement
