Board Certified Required
Full time, Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
Practice setting: Neurology Clinic
Practice Demographics: 95% adult , 5% pediatric
16-18 office/clinic patients per day (7.2 hours per day)
Prefer providers with an existing license to expedite the process
Certification Requirements: BLS
Estimated credentialing timeframe: 120 days
Procedures Required: Radiologic Exam Interpretation (unofficial), Electromyogram (EMG), Botulinum Toxin Administration (Botox)
Support staff: 3 other physicians in group, 1 RN navigator, 4 medical assistants, 3 customer service representatives
EMR: Epic
Trauma level: 2
