5, Night (8 Hours) 19:00 - 7:00

Schedule: Preferably looking for one full-time provider

Work Details:
· Support staff: Yes
· Patients per shift: 10-12
· EMR: Epic
· Bed in department: 2
· Skills required: clinic primarily sees Parkinson's patients, tremor (motor + non-motor), ataxia, dystonia, and other specific Movement Disorders diagnosis. Experience or certification in this specific specialty is needed. Botox administration is preferred but not required.

Practice Setting:
• Outpatient

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Active WA License or IMLC
· Fellowship: Preferred
· Certifications required: BLS

Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days

• 3 months ongoing
• No Call
• Travel and malpractice covered
