Setting: Inpatient, Outpatient or Both? Inpatient

If Inpatient, # of beds: 10 labor beds and 14 postpartum beds

Rounding, admissions, or none? Both
Patient demographics: Adults

Average patients per day: Average number of deliveries per 24 hours is 1-2

Required Procedures: delivery, C-section assist, managing any laboring patients, induction of labor's, triaging patients that may come into L&D, FSE placement, IUPC placement, laceration repair for grade 1 & 2 perineal lacerations.

Required clinical activity in the last 24 months (case logs): Applicant must provide documentation of provision of obstetrics and/or gynecology services as applicable representative of the scope and complexity of the privileges requested during the previous 24 months
