REGISTERED NURSE (RN) – LABOR & DELIVERY / OBGYN

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our maternal health team for a 13-week assignment. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care within the OBGYN unit, ensuring all patient care follows established standards of practice and nursing process guidelines.

POSITION DETAILS

Shift: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Duration: 13-week contract
Schedule: Includes weekend rotations and on-call requirements

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

Experience: Minimum of 1+ year of OBGYN clinical experience is required
Licensure: Must hold an active Michigan RN license at the time of application
Certifications:

BLS (AHA)

NRP

AWHONN

Preference: Previous travel nursing experience is preferred but not required

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients within the assigned unit scope of practice

Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and professional standards of care

Manage patient assessments, interventions, and evaluations throughout the birthing process and postpartum care
