OBGYN LOCUMS NEED IN ARIZONA

Seeking OB/GYN coverage
They need 2 doctors
one urgent for June and July, one full-time starting in June and working the rest of the year
Urgent Coverage:
two weeks in June and two weeks in July
Monday-Friday Clinic - 8a-5p
Weekend Call - Friday 7p-Monday 7a
Long term:
Full-time - Mon-Fri - 8a-5p - clinic
One night of call - 7a-7p (one weekday per week)
Weekend Call - Fri 7p-Mon 7a (once a month)

Shift times- 8am-5pm- first patient scheduled at 8:30, last at 4pm
Weekday call – 7a-7p
Weekend call 7am Friday to 7a Monday.
Dates- June 2, 2025 – 2 provides needed. They need 1 locums for June and July working two consecutive weeks, Full-time locum to start in June and commit until end of 2025 working every week.
Census- 20 patients per day
EMR- Meditech and SIS
COVID Vaccine – Yes or exemption – they will help provider if they need an exemption.
Shift Information for Sales Ops: 14 shifts, Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, Call Friday 7p until Monday at 7a, June 2-15, July 7-20 end of 2025. August 4 to end of year, every Mon-Fri.
