Department Description: “OB locums are also expected to “cover” for Nurse Mid-Wife if there is a need

Hospital Bed size: 99 Beds

Requirements:
Board Certification: Must be BC or BE in OB/GYN
License Required: AZ license is required
DEA: Yes
Minimum Experience Required: 1 year
Credentialing Timeframe: emergency avail
