Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 3 months, ongoing
Shift Details: 24hr shifts highly preferred. If 24’s are not an option will consider a provider to work 12hr night shifts, 7p-7a
Schedule: 5-6 24hr shifts/month
Work Details:
· Support Staff: Midwives, 24hr in house Anesthesiologist.
· Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: Will consider providers with as little as 2 24’s/month but highly prefer someone able to work 5-6 24’s/month
· Patients per day: 2300 deliveries on average/year. Around 30-40/month for this OB group. Another 30-40/month for the midwifery group. 2 other provider groups that also work out of this facility.
· Patient Population/Age: Newborn-Adult
· Department Description: High volume of monthly deliveries. Will cover all labor and delivery. Should be comfortable to treat emergent cases as well as triage. Hospital has a level 3 NICU
· EMR: EPIC
· Special Procedures: C-sections and high risk births. No GYN procedures. Strictly labor and delivery

· Specific travel client will pay for: Travel and lodging. PREFER local candidates
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Required
· License Required: Active OR license required. Will consider non-licensed depending on if it’s in process and timeline. Urgent need so would like someone already licensed to expedite credentialing.
· DEA: Required
· Certifications Required: NRP, ACLS, BLS
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days. May qualify for temps with clean file.
