• Location: Bay Area
• Target Start: March
• Length of commitment: 3-6 months with the option to extend
• Schedule: Full Time is Preferred, open to Part Time
• Shift: Clinic hours are Monday-Friday, (8 AM to 5 PM), with late shifts available from (10 AM to 7 PM)
• Setting: 100% Outpatient
• Patient Volume: 18/day
• Required: Board Certified or Board Eligible, Active CA License, DEA
• Travel, lodging and malpractice covered
