ASSIGNEMENT DETAILS: JO # 2797705
• Location: Near Huntington Beach, CA
• Target Start: Mid-March
• Length of commitment: 3 months with the possibility to extend
• Setting: Outpatient, No deliveries
• Schedule: 5x8, Days (8:00am-5:00pm): Monday-Friday. Open to 4 days per week
• Procedures / Cases:
o Confirmation of Pregnancy >7weeks w/ bedside U/S to confirm
o Initial OB visit
o Routine OB Visit
o Postpartum
o Incision Checks
o WWE all ages
o Procedures- IUD/Nexplanon insertion and removal
o I&D for cyst,
o Problem visits- UTI, STI, Menopause, HRT, breast pain
o Leep, colpo, or emb, cryo, cervical polyps
• Required: Board Certified, Active CA license, DEA
