Looking for a flexible, well-supported hospital role in the Bay Area? Join a collaborative OB team where you’ll manage active labor cases, work alongside midwives, and enjoy no call requirements. Whether you’re available for just 2 shifts a month or up to 15, this facility is open to working with your schedule.

No Call + Flexible Scheduling: Pick anywhere from 2 shifts/month up to full-time

Manageable Night Workload: 5–8 laboring patients/night + 1–2 ED consults

Prime Bay Area Location: Easy BART access, free shuttle, or on-site parking

📋 Assignment Details

Schedule: 13-hour night shifts (7 PM – 8 AM, last hour for handoffs)

Setting: Inpatient | EMR: Epic | Team-based care with midwives

Shifts Needed: 10–15/month, but flexible for fewer

✅ Requirements

CA Medical License + CA DEA

ABOG Board Certified (preferred) or Board Eligible

BLS Certification

2+ years’ OB Hospitalist experience preferred (new grads considered)

Operative delivery skills (forceps preferred)

Willingness to manage complications from abortion procedures (not perform them)

Spanish-speaking and midwife collaboration experience a plus
